Everyone always makes you feel welcomed and loved whenever you walk into the building. The staff there work hard to give the residents everything they need and want. This is definitely the best nursing home!” ―M.L.** ### Meet Our Care Team Our team is made up of skilled physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, dentists, podiatrists, optometrists as well as experienced therapists, nurses and nutritionists. Our staff treats each patient like a member of their own family, offering an exceptional level of care and comfort. **Tonya Geary** *Restorative Aide/CNA* --- **Loves Beaver Dam's** family-like environment. **Favorite thing about working with our residents: **Putting a smile on their faces. **Favorite Beaver Dam memory:** Putting a resident in her prom dress for the first time and she cried happy tears! **April Deweese** *CNA* --- **Favorite thing about Beaver Dam:** We are family and everyone is willing to help one another. **Loves **seeing residents' faces light up when she walks through the door. **Favorite memory at Beaver Dam:** Dressing up as Belle from Beauty and the Beast for the residents during one of their parties! **Sue Daugherty** *Medical Records Coordinator* --- Fun Fact: Sue has been working at Beaver Dam for 34 years! She has been a CNA for 35 Years, CMT for 30 years, and Medical Records Coordinator for 25 Years. **Favorite thing about working with our residents:** Their smiles. **Favorite Beaver Dam memory:** My mom and dad were both residents here and the staff cared for them like it was their own family. **Kanita Patton** *Restorative Nurse* --- **Favorite thing about Beaver Dam:** The family atmosphere. **Loves most about our residents: **Their wealth of knowledge and life experiences. **Favorite memory at Beaver Dam:** Participating in our Luau -- We enjoyed interacting, shared lots of laughter and had a roasted pig! **Ashlenn Alford** *SLP/Assistant Director of Rehab* --- **Loves** Beaver Dam's family atmosphere that allows her to get to know her residents on a personal level. **Favorite thing about working with our residents: **Their personalities and helping them be the best they can be. **Favorite memory at Beaver Dam:** Christmas 2022. She had her residents write a letter to Santa. When she brought their gifts in on Christmas morning that they asked for, it was so rewarding. ## Join Our Team!
